$3,000 Bonus Upon Completion of AAADM Certification

What You Will Do:
Perform installation or service work as designatedin profitable and proper manner. Record productive time versus travel time.
Perform preventive maintenance work in accordance withservice program designatedfor specific customer.
Maintain accurately all work records and parts used at each job in accordance withestablished procedure.
Keep updated on all changes/modifications to Stanley equipment and Ansi156.10 standard as notified through published communications.
Keep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised.
Maintain company vehicles, toolsand other property in proper manner.
Present neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, in accordance withcompany policies.
Maintain adequate parts inventory for service vehicle; keep inventory log.
Test equipment before leaving job site; perform safety check.
Maintain good customer relations and customer service.
Assistand instruct others in install/service methods.
What You Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid state driver’s license without restrictions.
Ability to lift 75-100lbs.
Excellent Oral & Written communication skills.
Sitting while driving for periods of time up to 2 hours but not limited to.
Standing on concrete for periods of time up to 8 hours but not limited to.
Stooping, Crouching, Kneeling, Crawling, and twisting spine occasionally.
Vision notlimited to near, far or colors.
Ability to work in various climates.
Flexiblework schedule is a mustwith the ability to work nights and/or weekendsas necessary.
Additional Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
Associates Degreein related electrical, mechanical, industrial field
Prior experience in the construction industry or electrical field
Prior experience servicing automated doors, glazing, installing glass, installing door frames, building door frames, reading blueprints, AAADM Certification
