Ltd\nAllegion India is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer, who will work with a cross-functional team to design, architect, build, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to complex business needs in Allegion’s Americas IT Business\nJob Description:\nResponsible for Designing, developing new solutions and enhancing existing solutions with new features additions and quality improvements.\nWork closely with front office delivery and global digital groups to understand requirements and translate them to elegant implementation.\nSetting up and following standards, practices, and process for ensuring high code quality of the deliverables.\nPeer reviews for code and design\nAbility to contribute towards design/architectural solutions for new developments\nResponsible for the execution of technical solutions throughout all phases of the SDLC\nWorks collaboratively across multiple business units and architectural teams to ensure that stakeholder needs are acknowledged, and requirements are appropriately included in the backlog\nResponsible for managing and completing significant projects involving multiple component and subsystems.\nAbility to relate to others, demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, active participation in decision making process, ability to assess risk and act with a sense of urgency.\nEffective written, verbal and presentations skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.\nSelf-directed and able to direct others.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n5+ years of experience with full stack development.\nExperience in designing and working on SOA and REST based architecture.\nExcellent skills and experience with C#, .Net Core, Entity Framework and web standards.\nShould have 5+ years of experience in front end development using Angular/React.\nShould have 2+ years of design and developments around Microsoft Azure.\nStrong skills in software design, design patterns and asynchronous programming.\nIn depth knowledge of REST services such as Web API.\nKnowledge on cloud - AWS/Azure/GCP and willing to learn different cloud technology.\nExperienced in creating applications with .NET Core and familiarity with .NET Framework.\nExperienced in Unit testing framework on Angular like Karma, Jasmine or Jest.\nExcellent understanding on NPM modules and demonstrated contributions to NPM packages.\nExcellent in DB layers connecting SQL Server and Cosmos DB.\nDevelopment experience defining, developing, and maintaining Service based architectures.\nKnowledge on deploying products leveraging Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)\nExperience in Agile with scrum delivery models.\nGood to have:\nExperience using Codeium, Open AI or similar tools.\nHave experience working with large datasets including data integration, analysis and visualization.\nExperience in integrating with ERP Systems like Oracle/ Microsoft Dynamics.\nExperience in Event driven design and implementation.\nPossess knowledge of cloud infrastructure, setup and configurations.\nRequired Education and/or Experience:\nBE or M Tech in Computer Science Engineering/ relevant\n5 to 8 Years of experience in Software Application Development \nAllegion is a diverse and inclusive environment.
