Summer Intern - Process Engineering - Greenfield, IN
As a Process Engineering Intern, you will be a part of a team delivering manufacturing solutions that improve the way Allegion does business. Working on a team that solves manufacturing challenges in creative and efficient ways, you will learn to think outside of the box, implement capable solutions and follow engineering best practices.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.
What You Will Do:
Deepen your understanding of process development in a light manufacturing and distribution business.
Participate in process improvement and implement solutions on real projects.
Work with a team to develop and validate results.
Obtain the experience to create a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion.
What You Need to Succeed:
Pursuing a degree in relevant discipline, e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.
Resiliency, adaptability and great problem-solving abilities.
An inquisitive nature that seeks to learn and develop manufacturing solutions for the Allegion business.
A desire to learn, grow and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion’s business and customers
