If applicable, the Procurement Coordinator will manage the onboarding process for SOW/project-based resources, which may include background check verification, identity management and provisioning of equipment.\nResponsibilities:\nTriage incoming requirements to determine the most appropriate engagement path.\nAssist client with establishing or extensions of Statements of Work (SOW) and associated resource assignments.\nWork within established systems to set up or block/unblock suppliers for use.\nStructure and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) to gather supplier qualification data and information.\nCoordination with and support of the operations team, ensuring SLAs are being met.\nField questions from clients and handle or escalate as appropriate.\nAssist in gathering and reporting on performance of suppliers.\nLog all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.\nMaintain and update monthly activity and performance reports including program audit reports, SOW/project activity reports, invoice reports, etc.\nConstant and professional interaction via email and phone with client, suppliers, and other partners.\nEnsure all projects are closed in the system when notified of an end of engagement; ensure security department is notified of end of assignments, if applicable.\n Previous experience in procurement process-related functions.\nCustomer focus and understanding of high level of service delivery.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAccuracy in high volume coordination activities.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.\nBase knowledge of procurement and/or sourcing processes.\nVMS and/or eProcurement suite technology functionality.\n About Allegis Global Solutions\nWe are founded on a culture that is passionate about transforming the way the world acquires talent by delivering client-focused solutions that make a difference for businesses worldwide.
