This strategic position involves developing innovative visualizations and enterprise-wide insights within the ACS Business Intelligence & Analytics department using a modern data stack.\nResponsibilities include enhancement and maintenance of the current BI platform and creating new capabilities with advanced data transformation and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and experienced in modular data model creation for reporting. The BI Developer should be able to work independently and understand their work's broader impact on the organization.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Functions:\nContribute to BI solutions through the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements discovery, source assessment, data modeling, visualization, testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, stakeholder communication, and production support.\nBuild scalable, reusable, and well-documented data models using Snowflake SQL.\nEnsure high data quality through automated validation and discrepancy resolution.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions using a modern data stack.\nDevelop, maintain, and document QA processes, incorporating automated testing.\nIntegrate agentic AI into daily workflows to optimize analytics and reporting results.\nCode, test, and support BI systems, ensuring seamless cloud integration and performance.\nCreate interactive visualizations from multiple data sources that are intuitive, trusted, and designed to drive business action through clear insight and strong user experience.\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends and generate predictive insights.\nCreate and maintain documentation for processes, tools, and content areas.\nQualifications\nMinimum Education and/or Experience:\nBS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nTwo or more years of experience developing BI, analytics, data, or reporting solutions, or demonstrated equivalent capability through relevant work, projects, or technical experience.\nExperience using modern AI-assisted development tools, such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, and Microsoft Copilot, to accelerate data analysis, code development, documentation, and visualization workflows.\nKnowledge of the staffing industry and economic/market trends is a plus.\nSkills/Abilities:\nExperience with Snowflake\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts, including joins, filters, aggregation, data grain, and basic data-quality validation.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted coding and Agentic AI for data analysis and visualization.\nStrong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.\nWorking knowledge of Python; strong knowledge is a plus.\nExperience in an Agile/SCRUM environment.\nExcellent technical, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to identify and automate test scenarios for system and user testing.\nSkilled in troubleshooting code and data quality issues with diagnostic and monitoring tools.\nEffective proactive communication of project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.\nBenefits Overview:\nBenefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
