orients others around a shared vision for Data Analytics\nManages concurrent, high visibility Spread and Commission based products/projects/services in the Evolve project\nHelp develop and promote responsible use of AI across new and existing projects\nIdentifies risks, mitigation plans, operational readiness criteria, change management, deployment success factors, and drives deliverables for production launches\nPartners closely with the Product team to develops/maintains methods to measure value; obtains feedback to ensure that efforts are meeting expectations for value, time, cost and quality\nMaintains overarching responsibility for executing best practices approaches and methodologies (ex: Agile/ Scrum, SAFe, etc) for the support and sustainability of solutions.\nSupervisory or Management Responsibility:\nManagement responsibility for the team, including hiring, leadership, development and accountability for performance.\nPlans and develops people organization including but not limited to: coaching and mentoring, succession planning, proactive identification of resource gaps, etc. for a team of onshore and offshore resources\nDrives team to improve sprint velocity and speed to market\nEstablish operational/departmental objectives and goals.\nEvaluate conceptual aspects of technical designs of applications, systems and solutions to ensure sound decisions and investments are made in accordance with application architecture governance policies and standards.\nApprove plans to leverage strategic sourcing partners where appropriate.\nBudget Responsibility:\nDevelops and manages budget\nProduce monthly forecasts.\nApproves operational expenditures.\nManage Cloud SaaS monthly utilization\nDetermines variance of actual to forecast and take the appropriate action to correct variance.\nShares fiscal responsibility for the organization's technology investments and future planning of the organization's spend, to avoid unnecessary and duplicative services and to maximize ROI.\nEstablishes clear cost-of-service model and drives business cases for taking cost out of transactional processes through automation.\nQualifications\nMinimum Education and/or Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, or equivalent; advanced degree desirable\nMinimum of 1 years of Information Technology experience required with a focus on Analytics\nMinimum of 10 years of leadership experience\nExperience training and mentoring others\nRecent experience managing Data Analytics and AI teams.\nExperience with OCI, AWS, Azure and GCP\nExperience with Snowflake and Oracle Fusion Platforms\nStrong Experience with SQL, Python, ETL/ELT technologies and data replication tools\nExperience in managing on-shore and off-shore teams\nSkills/Abilities:\nSuperior at building relationships, collaboration and teamwork across the local and global organizations\nEnergizes others towards a global mindset\nStrong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence\nAbility to translate/communicate complex concepts to peers and business partners\nProficient in all phases of product/project delivery lifecycles\nStrong Data skills including\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong technical project management and/or leadership skills including the ability to plan, organize, and steer activities\nStrong financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility\nAbility to travel without restrictions\nCore Competencies:\nBuild relationships\nDevelop people\nLead change\nInspire Others\nThink critically\nCommunicate clearly\nCreate accountability\nBenefits Overview:\nBenefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
