OpCo Enablement is an enterprise-wide team that works across a broad portfolio of technologies supporting multiple Allegis Group business lines and geographies. The Project Manager communicates with leaders at multiple levels and is aligned to one or more workstreams. This role is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned workstream(s), ensuring objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.\nThe Project Manager operates in a complex, matrixed environment involving internal employees, external implementation partners, and consultants across a distributed workforce. Provides recommendations and data-driven analysis to support decision-making while maintaining ownership of day-to-day execution activities.\nBudget Responsibility:\nManages workstream-level budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting of expenses.\nPartners with IS Leadership and stakeholders to adjust budget based on agreed-upon scope and resource changes.\nQualifications\nMinimum Education and/or Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or a combination of education and relevant experience.\n10+ years of experience managing large-scale technology or business transformation programs in a matrixed environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, including internal staff, external partners, and consultants.\nExperience managing distributed and remote workforces across multiple geographies.\nProven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.\nExperience with Enterprise-wide implementations or large-scale enterprise technology programs.\nPMP certification required; Agile, PgMP, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.\nFamiliarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\nSkills/Abilities:\nStrong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.\nExcellent presentation and written communication skills.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business language.\nProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nExperience with work management tools such as Version One or equivalent.\nAbility to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.\nTravel Requirements:\nUp to 25%\nCore Competencies:\nBusiness Knowledge and Organizational Acumen\nBuilding and Managing Relationships\nLeading Self and Others\nDrive for Results\nCommunication and Influence\nAdaptability and Change Leadership\nBenefits Overview:\nBenefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
