You think in systems, communicate in clarity, and know how to turn messy, ambiguous challenges into experiences that work for real people.\nKey UX deliverables and responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nFacilitating Design Thinking Workshops\nWireframing \nPrototyping \nHigh-fidelity mockups\nJourney Maps\nPersonas \nCollaborate with UX Researchers and/or conduct your own usability testing or other research methods to achieve business goals \nDefine platform design standards, patterns, and guidelines.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Functions:\nThe UX Designer will:\nOwn the user experience design for features and clearly defined workstreams.\nCreate and assist in experiences that emphasize usability, clarity, accessibility, consistency, and efficiency.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX Research, and other partners to understand user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and project requirements.\nIdentify user pain points, workflow problems, unmet needs, and opportunities for improvement.\nApply research findings, analytics, stakeholder input, and user feedback into well-reasoned design decisions.\nCreate user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and supporting documentation.\nIterate designs based on user feedback, research findings, business priorities, technical constraints, and design feedback.\nApply established design-system components, patterns, standards, and guidelines.\nCollaboratively identify research questions, assumptions, and appropriate methods while working with UX Researchers.\nRecognize when a research question or methodology requires support from a UX Researcher or more senior practitioner.\nFacilitate scoped discovery sessions, design exercises, stakeholder workshops, and design reviews.\nCommunicate design concepts, research findings, recommendations, and rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nParticipate in discussions about design and delivery trade-offs.\nPartner with senior designers or UX Leads when decisions affect multiple products, platforms, or the broader experience strategy.\nSupport design handoff by providing documentation, answering implementation questions, and reviewing completed work for alignment with the intended experience.\nManage and prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail.\nHandle confidential information appropriately and escalate concerns when necessary.\nQualifications\nMinimum Education and/or Experience:\n3-5 years of UX experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving depth, not just visual output\nBA/BS in Design, HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience in a UX Design position with a focus on data\nStrong command of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive/web application design\nDemonstrated ability to read, interpret, and apply UX research and data to design decisions; you don't need to run every study, but you need to know what to do with the findings\nExperience working within fast-paced product development environment\nProficiency in Figma, and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools\nComfortable working autonomously while knowing when to pull others in\nExperience with enterprise platform design strongly preferred\nSkills/Abilities:\nOwn the definition of the experience vision, usability requirements, and UX Architecture of a project\nComfortable communicating, both verbally and written, the user experience designs to other cross functional team members and stakeholders.\nFacilitate UX workshops in the areas of discovery, empathy, prioritization, design review. \nSelf-starter who can work autonomously and still recognize when to ask for support \nAbility to present your designs and solutions effectively \nPreference for designers with experience working on enterprise platforms\nBenefits Overview:\nBenefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
