Working closely with the Value Management Leader, this person owns the metrics infrastructure, data assembly, and analytical work that enables the TO Center to tell a credible, data-driven value story across all coalitions and to executive governing bodies. This is a role for someone who is as comfortable building a dashboard as they are drafting a narrative - and who understands that the real value of data is in what it means, not just what it shows.\nKey Responsibilities include:\nMaintain the metrics and KPI infrastructure across all transformation coalitions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the enterprise value framework.\nBuild and update coalition-level value scorecards and dashboards in collaboration with BI and Metrics CoE partners, translating raw performance data into clear visual stories.\nProduce first draft value narratives for coalition and enterprise audiences that the Value Management Leader then elevates for executive consumption.\nSupport governance body materials preparation from a value data perspective, ensuring portfolio-level investment insights are accurate, timely, and decision-ready.\nPartner with the Metrics CoE to ensure alignment on measurement standards, KPI definitions, and reporting consistency across coalitions.\nMonitor and report on value realization progress across transformation initiatives, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nAnalyze coalition performance data to develop actionable insights and recommendations that inform investment decisions and capability prioritization.\nEngage with the coalition teams and stakeholders to gather the business context needed to make data meaningful - not just accurate.\nSupport the ongoing development and refinement of value management frameworks, templates, and tools that coalition teams use to track and communicate value. \nRequired in-office presence at least 2 days per week\nResponsibilities\nEssential Functions:\nStrong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities from complex, multi-source datasets.\nProficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Tableau and/or PowerBI; familiarity with Smartsheet a plus.\nStrong written communication skills - specifically the ability to translate data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.\nAdvanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to simplify and visually communicate complex topics effectively.\nComfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously across different levels of the organization.\nIntellectually curious with a genuine interest in understanding the business context behind the numbers, not just reporting them.\nQualifications\nMinimum Education and/or Experience:\n3-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy support, or a related field\nDemonstrated experience in data visualization and data storytelling - the ability to make a data meaningful to a business audience is as important as technical proficiency.\nExperience working in or supporting a portfolio management, transformation, or strategy function preferred.\nFamiliarity with value management concepts and KPI frameworks a plus; formal framework design experience not required.\nSkills and Abilities:\nStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.\nSelf-started who can navigate ambiguous environments and manage a backlog of competing priorities without losing quality.\nCollaborative by nature - this role works across multiple capability areas and coalition teams and requires someone who builds relationships easily.\nEmbraces an agile mindset and is comfortable iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback.\nDetail-oriented enough to care about data quality and consistency, but strategic enough to understand why it matters.\nCore Competencies:\nBuild relationships\nDevelop people\nLead change\nInspire Others\nThink critically\nCommunicate clearly\nCreate Accountability\nBenefits Overview:\nBenefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
