• The salary range for this position depending on the skill set is as follows (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost):

  • PLN 14 600 - 20 825

  • Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.

• Our team is based in Warsaw.

What you'll do:

• Lead impactful projects: From concept to productization, you'll co-create solutions solving complex business problems in Marketing, Smart, Advertising areas, utilizing predictive, segmentation and recommendation models.

• Master diverse techniques: Work with a wide array of models, including GenAI, boosting models, neural networks, causal inference, optimization methods, and deep learning.

• Handle massive datasets: Process terabytes of data using Google Cloud Platform solutions, working with tabular, natural language, image, and time-series data.

• Drive model implementation: Take part in implementing both off-line and on-line models.

• Collaborate across teams: Partner with business stakeholders, analytics, and data engineering teams.

We are looking for people with:

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and building machine learning solutions in Python.

• A passion for translating business challenges into impactful AI/ML problems.

• Excellent communication skills, from formulating analytical problems to clear and intuitive presentation of results.

• Proficiency in Python and efficient use of basic development tools

• A strong understanding of statistical and machine learning methods

• A degree strongly related to statistical/mathematical modeling (Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar).
