Responsibilities):\nHealth Program Management & Strategy:\nDevelop and implement the organization’s comprehensive health program in compliance with all health and legal standards.\n\nConduct surveillance of worker’s health based on medical records, analyze its implications, and recommend appropriate administrative actions.\n\nCustomize and implement health awareness campaigns based on emerging diseases and national health concerns.\n\nPeriodically coordinate with government agencies on new regulations and recommend updates to company health policies.\n\nOptimize the section's budget by sourcing free resources, medicines, and vaccines.\n\nCompliance & Reporting:\nPresent health objectives and plans during internal and external audits.\n\nConsolidate and submit required occupational health and safety reports to DOLE and the Bureau of Working Conditions.\n\nGenerate all necessary reports and documentation related to Clinic Services.\n\nClinical Care & Employee Support:\nAdminister First Aid treatment to employees for ailments and accidents.\n\nConduct initial medical assessments (patient interviews, vital signs) before consultations with the company physician.\n\nAct as a resource speaker during the New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP).\n\nFacilitate the registration of new hires with the City Hall.\n\nWho You Are (Qualifications/Desired Skills):\nEducation & Licensure: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and have a valid professional license.\n\nCertification: You preferably have an OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) certification, though it is not a strict requirement.\n\nSkills:\nYou are proficient in MS Office applications.\n\nYou have strong skills in patient care and understand health delivery systems.\n\nYou
