This role serves as a technical expert who bridges business requirements with technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across ERP, CRM, HCM, and custom applications while maintaining security, compliance, and operational excellence. The position requires strong programming and analytical skills to deliver automated workflows, system integrations, and technical support for mission-critical enterprise platforms.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSystem Development & Integration\nDesign, develop, and implement enterprise system solutions across multiple platforms including ERP, CRM, HCM, and custom applications\nBuild and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL processes\nDevelop automation workflows and business process solutions to improve operational efficiency\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for all system configurations, customizations, and integrations\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance policies\nSystem Administration & Support\nProvide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues and escalations from IT Service Desk\nMonitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions\nManage testing for application upgrades, patches, and version control in coordination with change management processes\nPerform root cause analysis on system failures and implement preventive measures\nCollaboration & Business Partnership\nPartner with business stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications\nCollaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery\nParticipate in IT project planning, estimation, and execution activities\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and end users\nEngage with vendors and third-party service providers for system-related support and enhancements\nCompliance & Governance\nEnsure all system modifications follow IT Change Management Policy\nMaintain audit trails and documentation for compliance with SOX, ISO, and internal quality standards\nSupport internal and external audits by providing system documentation and evidence\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related courses\n3+ years of related experience preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or similar manufacturing experience.\nProven experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and enterprise integration platforms\nTechnologically savvy, solution driven, and resourceful\nStrong problem solving skills leveraging prior IT experience\nTeam management and leadership skills\nStrong presentation and communication skills\nBenchmarking and Analytical
