applications and system integrations.\n\nEnhance and optimize existing applications to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues.\n\nDevelop and maintain databases, reports, and data-related solutions.\n\nEnsure software applications meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.\n\nCollaborate with business users, project teams, and other technology groups to deliver solutions.\n\nParticipate in solution design, technical reviews, and project planning activities.\n\nReview code and provide technical guidance to junior developers.\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.\n\nSupport software releases, system upgrades, and production deployments.\n\nIdentify knowledge and mentor team members to support team growth and development.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nProficiency in software development and programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, and web application technologies.\nStrong knowledge of system analysis, application design, and problem-solving methodologies.\nExperience with database design, management, and SQL development.\nFamiliarity with API development, integration technologies, and service-oriented architectures.\nKnowledge of front-end and web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular.\nExperience in software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and quality assurance practices.\nUnderstanding of source control, DevOps, and CI/CD tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.\nAwareness of cloud computing platforms and services, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.\nAbility to create and maintain technical documentation while adhering to software development best practices.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.\nUnderstanding of artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and emerging digital technologies.\nAbility to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, software development, and operational efficiency.\nCapability to assess and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and business
