This is a high-impact opportunity for a methodical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nInvestigate & Root Cause: Identify and summarize low-yield lots, conducting deep-dive investigations through data analysis, personnel interviews, and comparison against established standards.\nLead 8D Reporting: Coordinate with support groups to brainstorm root causes and formulate effective corrective actions, ensuring all 8D reports are comprehensive and submitted within commitment dates.\n Manage Material Disposition: Partner with QME for the disposition and safekeeping of affected runs (MRB), ensuring proper documentation and tracking in systems like MES and Oracle/Camstar.\nDrive Communication: Disseminate finalized reports to line supervisors, provide weekly updates on hold lots to the assembly team, and facilitate meetings to resolve process or administrative issues.\nSupport Production & Improvement: Provide backup support for assembly supervisors when needed and initiate new systems or methodologies to enhance overall process stability and quality.\nWhat You Will Bring\nTechnical Expertise: A strong electronics
