This is a hands-on technical role for someone fluent in Apex and Lightning Web Components who can turn complex business requirements into scalable, well-tested code. You will work closely with administrators, analysts, and business stakeholders as part of our global Salesforce Application team, based in Argentina on a hybrid schedule. You'll build on a Manufacturing Cloud-based org, Sales Agreements, forecasting, and high-volume scheduling following a Git-based release pipeline and a formal change-control process, in a regulated automotive-semiconductor environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelopment (primary focus)\n Custom development: Design, develop, and maintain custom functionality using Apex (triggers with delegated handler classes, classes, batch, queueable) and Lightning Web Components (LWC); maintain legacy Visualforce where it still exists.\nData & performance: Write efficient SOQL/SOSL and build solutions that respect governor limits and perform well at large data volumes.\nTesting: Develop with quality in mind: unit tests, strong code coverage, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.\nTechnical Delivery & Quality\nDesign & architecture: Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions for new features and enhancements.\n DevOps & release: Work within the Git-based deployment pipeline (feature branches promoted through developer and QA sandboxes to production) using CI/CD and a Salesforce DevOps tool such as Gearset; participate in the formal change-control process peer review, QA/UAT with evidence, and change-board approval before production.\nCode quality: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and troubleshoot and resolve production issues.\nCollaboration\nPartnership: Translate requirements from administrators and business stakeholders into robust technical solutions.\nDocumentation: Document technical designs, integrations, and configurations.\nSupport & Maintenance\nTicket backlog: Triage and resolve the Salesforce support queue in Jira, following documented SOPs with required approvals and audit-ready documentation.\nUser provisioning: Manage user account setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and permission set groups, applying least-privilege access.\nData corrections: Perform data cleanup and corrections to resolve data quality issues reported by the business.\nDay-to-day support: Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and assistance for business users and administrators.\nWhat You Will Need\n3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.\nSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).\nExperience building REST/SOAP integration between Salesforce and other systems, including authoring Apex REST services and inbound patterns (e.g., OAuth2 client-credentials, Composite API).\nExperience with Git-based version control and CI/CD deployment tools.\nSolid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, including sharing and FLS/CRUD enforcement, and governor limits.\nAbility to write clean, testable, maintainable code with strong problem-solving skills.\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\nBased in Argentina and able to work a hybrid schedule from our local office.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdditional certifications such as Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, or Application Architect.\nExperience with Manufacturing Cloud (Sales Agreements, account-based forecasting), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.\nExperience with JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.\nFamiliarity with DevOps tooling such as Gearset or Copado.\nIntegration of middleware experience (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).\nExperience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or global B2B enterprise environment.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science,
