We're looking for an Android Developer to help us create new components and strengthen our Developer Value Proposition. We don't just build components; we co-create the environment and the engineering culture surrounding how our Design System is used across the company.\nOur team develops native web and mobile components that are crucial elements of Allegro’s Design System. You'll cooperate closely with other Android developers and will be responsible for creating and maintaining elements of the UI.\nImportant things for you:\nFlexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.\n\nThe salary range for this position depending on the skill set is as follows (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost): PLN 14 600 - 20 825 gross.\n\nAnnual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.\n\nOur team is based in Poznań.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy UI components, ensuring high quality, performance, and responsiveness.\nCollaborate with product and other engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and help maintain high code quality standards.\nStay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends.\nWe are looking for people who:\nHave 2+ years of professional experience in native Android mobile application development (Kotlin).\nHave an understanding of Jetpack Compose and the View system (XML) as we’re working in both approaches.\nHave an understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).\nUsing AI on daily basis to support your work (research, code review, code creation)\nHave experience in close cooperation with the Design team.\nAre familiar with Figma.\nHave experience (or are ready to learn) in writing unit and integration tests.\nAre open-minded, curious, and willing to experiment.
