Our work spans Kotlin/JVM services, Scala/Spark data processing, and BigQuery queries and reports.\nWe’re looking for a junior software engineer who’s ready to contribute, learn, and grow with the team. You’ll take ownership of well-scoped tasks, with support from experienced engineers as you work across backend, data, and frontend systems.\nBuild useful things: Turn product and business needs into tested, maintainable software, working closely with the team.\n\nLearn how our systems fit together: Develop your skills in Kotlin and JVM technologies, contribute to our services and React components, and learn the Scala, Spark, and BigQuery tools used in our data work.\n\nHelp keep things reliable: Write tests, take part in code reviews, and learn how we monitor and support the systems we build. You won’t join on-duty shifts when you first start. We’ll introduce them after onboarding, once you and the team agree you’re ready.\n\nWork with modern tools: We use industry-standard AI coding assistants to support our development workflows.\n\nImportant things for you:\nFlexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.\n\nThe salary range for this position depending on the skill set is as follows (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost):\nPLN gross 11 200 - 15 250\n\nAnnual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.\n\nOur team is based in Poznań.\n\nWe are looking for someone who:\nHas experience programming in Kotlin or Java and is motivated to develop their Kotlin skills in a production environment.\n\nIs open to working across different technologies, including frontend development.
