Within our Specialized Business Unit, we produce high-performance titanium tube products for demanding industries such as Aerospace and Medical.\nWe are seeking dependable individuals with a strong work ethic to join our Production Team as a Manufacturing Operator at our Kennewick facility. Working within a unionized manufacturing environment, successful candidates will demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to learn. No prior manufacturing experience is required but is preferred.\nYour Role\nAs a Manufacturing Operator, you will be trained to set up and operate machinery and material handling equipment used throughout our manufacturing process while contributing to a safe and efficient operation within a union environment.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nPromote and support a strong safety culture in all activities and interactions.\n\nPerform manufacturing and production operations, including machine operation, processing, assembly, and packaging in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.\n\nConduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.\n\nUse measuring instruments, hand tools, and production equipment, including calipers and grinders.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\n\nPerform other production-related duties as assigned.\n\nAbout You\nYou are a dependable, safety-minded individual with a positive attitude. You take pride in your work, demonstrate reliability, and are committed to working safely while contributing to the success of the team.\nThe ideal candidate must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and demonstrate:\nA strong work ethic and commitment to attendance and dependability with good communication and teamwork skills.\n\nStrong English-language proficiency is required, including the ability to understand, read, write, and speak English effectively.\n\nThe ability to follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels, temperatures, and production conditions.\n\nThe ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.\n\nThe ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, squat, and perform repetitive physical movements required to perform essential job functions.\n\nThe ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull materials, parts, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds as an essential function of the position.\n\nMust be flexible and available to work the Day, Swing, and Night shifts as required to support a 24-hour manufacturing operation.\n\nWhat you can expect from us\nThe hourly rate for this position starts at $23.66 with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.\n\nComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance as well as company paid disability and life insurance beginning on day 31.\n\nA 401 (K) retirement savings plan begins on day 31 and provides a 5% company contribution with company match of 50% for the first 6% you contribute, all immediately vested.\n\nEligible employees receive two weeks of vacation after one year of service, with 80 hours of Personal Time accrued annually. Personal Time is prorated during the first year of employment.\n\nEleven paid holidays each year.\n\nShift differential pay for Swing and Night Shifts.\n\nWe will provide on-the-job training necessary for success in this role, and we offer a generous Tuition Reimbursement Program.\n\nAdditional Information\nDue to applicable export control regulations, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and qualify as a U.S. Person, which generally includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), and certain other individuals authorized under U.S. export control laws to access ITAR-regulated information and facilities.
