Informs supervisor / manager immediately if unsafe conduct or conditions arise.\nPosition Competency\nThe ability to operate a profitable department.\nThe ability to motivate and drive a team to meet and exceed department and company goals\nThe ability to build a successful relationship with the customer.\nWorking knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS.\n Role ExpectationsProductivity / Efficiency\nUnderstand customer contract requirements.\nEnsure all paper work and data entry is completed by 9am the next day and end of billing period by end of day.\nPerform cycle counts as detailed by the company or the customer and record system entries.\nAchieve Daily Revenue P & L Metric (overall green status)\nDaily Revenue P & L metric information to be current within 48 hours.\nWork with direct reports to implement corrective actions as needed based on weekly overall performance when metric is below green status. Exception on some customer accounts based on data availability.\nManage overall equipment needs and supply ordering.\nPlan daily labor to inbound / outbound activity.\nSafety\nEnsure that Safety Policies are being followed and enforced throughout the operation\nDevelop and implement Corrective Actions based on historical trends on recorded incidents and damage costs. Include team members ensuring input of ideas and discussions to improve overall Safety awareness. Provide periodic updates on progress with Corrective Actions.\nComplete monthly audits\nHoist Inspection Audit - weekly\nFirst Aid Medication Log - monthly\nSafety Board Information Review - monthly\nMotorized Equipment Daily Inspection, Scrubber Daily Inspection, Golf Cart, etc… (electronic /paper) - daily\nSOP’s - Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions\nComplete SOP monthly reviews by required due dates.\nProvide feedback on documented processes by recommending process changes via the Document Control Plan by using the Document Change Request form.\nEnsure that Customer specific processes and work instructions are developed, documented and reviewed with affected employees via the SOP and are added to the established customer folder on the company “S” drive.\nQuality\nNo Customer loss due to Quality / Performance issues\nComplete the “Operations - New Customer Set Up” document for new and existing customers transitioning to a new region.\nExperience Organic Growth with existing customers\nPositive Customer Experience\nCorrective Action Requests - CARs\nMeet or exceed KPI metric Objectives\nEnsure all information sent out of the department is accurate and any errors are tracked.\nTraining\nFollow the established Training Program C.G.GE.006.\nEnsure that training of employees is documented.\nOperations & Safety Checklists completed per the Training Program.\nJob Proficiency Training Reviews of New Hires & Tenured employees are completed per the Training Program.\nFood Safety\nEnsure that your buildings and areas of responsibility are in an audit & tour ready posture.\n3rd Party Audits (AIB, SQF, Customer conducted audits, etc…)\nScoring objective (Passing (Pass or Fail), Excellent Range - 950 and above, etc.)\nNegative / Non-passing results will be reviewed with affected management team members\nComplete accurately and record audits by required due dates.\nFacility Audit - monthly\nRodent Log -
