Including but not limited to SDS, chemical, physical & element exposures.\nAwareness of life safety, fire suppression & food safety requirements\nThe ability to prioritize workload spanning across multiple departments\nThe ability to meet and exceed department and company goals\nAbility to stand, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds for an extended period of time\nMust have & maintain clean MVR\nAn intermediate understanding of and ability to use phone, computer, email ect...\n Position ExpectationsSafety:Follow safety and security policies and SOPs.\nReport safety equipment and loss prevention devices/systems that are not working- no exceptions.\nFollow your department lockout/tagout policy.\nAssist with snow removal process as requested.\nPerform equipment training across company as requested.\nComplete training documents as required.\nPerform fire suppression devices & egress lighting testing per schedule.\nReport all injuries/illness.\nFixed Assets and Properties:\nPerform mechanical, pneumatic and electrical repairs in compliance with company, municipal and state codes/policies.\nProvide 24hr maintenance on call service for all non-commercial truck equipment and assets (non-IS) as scheduled.\nMaintain communication with workload scheduler on daily repairs.\nComplete workload documents as required.\nVendor Management and Expenses:\nUtilize only department vendors approved by Director, Fixed Assets.\nObtain prior authorization from Maintenance Supervisor prior to making company purchases.\nProject Management:\nA workflow schedule with stated goal(s) of a project may be implemented with the required steps, necessary resources, analysis of risk and timeline in which you are required to complete the project.\nPriorities of projects will be determined by the Maintenance Supervisor and reviewed frequently.\nAny project not on course to meet it's goals or timelines needs to be communicated to the Maintenance Supervisor at time of awareness.\nFood Safety:\nReport any facility issues that may compromise company, federal, state and local food safety regulations.\nMust have experience and be knowledgeable about Food Safety or willing to receive training in Food Safety.\nSecurity:\nFollow company facility and grounds security plan.\nUpdate security access keypad codes for buildings upon request from Maintenance Supervisor.\nTraining:\nMust attend company & job specific training.\nPhysical:\nStretch & flex / drug & alcohol free.\nThese expectations are meant to be a guide and may be changed at any time at the
