engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to support performance management, governance, and customer interface initiatives.\n\nMaintain and improve knowledge management systems, shared databases, and document repositories to ensure accurate, accessible project information.\n\nDevelop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and processes that provide leadership with project performance metrics and operational insights.\n\nReview existing business processes and recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency, transparency, accountability, and alignment with asset management practices.\n\nSupport financial documentation, internal controls, and audit compliance throughout the facility project lifecycle.\n\nAdminister, catalog, organize, and maintain as-built drawings, construction documents, and other project records.\n\nSupport project closeout activities, audits, and documentation reviews to ensure completeness and compliance with customer requirements.\n\nProvide engineers, designers, project managers, and facilities personnel with existing drawings, technical documents, and project data to support planning and design activities.\n\nParticipate in knowledge management meetings, project site visits, and cross-functional coordination to identify opportunities for process improvement.\n\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures, document control practices, and knowledge-sharing resources to support consistent operations across the organization.\n\nQualifications:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required\nBachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience supporting knowledge management, document control, project administration, facilities operations, or business process management.\nExperience organizing, maintaining, and retrieving technical documentation, project records, or electronic document repositories.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide administrative and operational support.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting Intelligence Community, federal government, or secure facility environments.\nExperience managing construction documentation, as-built drawings, project closeout records, or facilities-related technical documents.\nFamiliarity with project management processes, document control procedures, and asset management practices.\nExperience supporting audit preparation, financial documentation, internal controls, or compliance activities.\nExperience developing databases, dashboards, reporting tools, or automated processes to improve operational efficiency.\nDemonstrated interest in business process improvement, knowledge management modernization, and operational
