The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering, cable fabrication, and circuit debugging, as well as a strong understanding of electrical schematics and test equipment.\nWhat You'll Do\nAssemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) in accordance with industry standards.\nFabricate and terminate cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors for electronic systems.\nPerform functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electrical and electronic circuits.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.\nOperate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.\nAssist engineers in the development and refinement of electronic prototypes and production units.\nCreate and maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, modifications, and system repairs.\nAdhere to company and industry quality and safety standards when handling electronic components and assemblies.\nWhat You'll Need\nEducation: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field.\n Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting preferred.\nProficiency in soldering and PCB rework (through-hole and surface-mount).\nStrong cable-making and wiring harness assembly skills.\nExperience with circuit debugging and troubleshooting techniques.\nAbility to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.\nFamiliarity with electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.\nUnderstanding of industry safety procedures related to electronic assembly and repair.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary\nACS Equity Package\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nAllen Control Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
