You will ensure the production team has work in their queue, the correct priorities, and a clear path to build without blockers. This role requires a strong team player who can work across functional groups to achieve company-wide goals in a rapid-growth environment. \nWhat You’ll Do:\nCreate production plans that translate sales/forecasts to a production plan that the procurement team can execute against.\nRelease work orders to Production and kit requests to Inventory. \nCreate visibility of material positions using line-of-balance, shortage, and clear-to-build reports. \nSupport prioritization and expedite subassemblies to support integration timelines. \nUpdate demand to accommodate engineering change orders and communicate changes to procurement \nWhat You’ll Need: \nBachelor’s degree inengineering, business, supply chain, or a relevant field.\n2+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing support \nProficiency in MRP and ERP systems, as well as MS Office (Excel), basic math, and statistics. \nProven ability to conduct clear-to-build reviews and expedite materials through production. \nExperience in aerospace, automotive, or other disruptive manufacturing industries. \nExperience with AS9100 or US export controls is a plus. \nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary\nACS Equity Package\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nAllen Control Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
