Working as part of an integrated Agile team, this position supports data flow mapping, tracks delivery logs, and utilizes standardized project management tools to facilitate rapid testing and cross-platform communication. \nCore Responsibilities \nEcosystem Collaboration Support: Assists senior engineering staff in gathering interface documentation, checking API endpoints, and verifying code connections with external developers inside Vendor or related vendor ecosystems. \nData Flow & Interface Mapping: Documents basic interface requirements, tracks system data flow designs, and reviews application performance against established open system architecture benchmarks. \nAdministrative Delivery & Log Tracking: Assists in monitoring delivery logs and tracking release schedules against scheduled outage windows to preserve enterprise operational continuity. \n JIRA & Confluence Maintenance: Fully participates in pure Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) on a fixed two-week sprint cadence. Uses JIRA daily to maintain task status and document configuration modifications. \nQualifications & Experience \nRequired: \nEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. \nTechnical Expertise: Experience executing core system integration checks, testing user workflows, and mapping data schemas. Practical knowledge using GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow workflows. \nClearance & Compliance: Active TS/SCI security clearance for 100% on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB.
