As we continue to grow, we only look for the best in the industry. \nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide the principal operations communications between Ramp Operations and the customer. \nMonitor all flight activity, record and update daily flight records with key information. \nSearching and sealing aircraft that are RON\nCoordinate all towing activity, obtain and track gate activity including all changes. \nBe accountable for monitoring operational performance, maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLA) statistics as well as daily performance statistics. \nWorks closely with Duty Manager and Ramp Supervisor to ensure resources are allocated accordingly to meet operational demands and ensures that unserviceable GSE is reported to maintenance. \nSafety, Security and Compliance:\nAll AGI Team members have a responsibility and duty while at work to:\nTake reasonable care for the health, wellbeing, safety, and security of themselves and of others who may be affected by their actions or omissions while at work. \nCooperate with their manager / supervisor to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company. \nNot intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of health, wellbeing, safety, security or welfare reasons. \nInform their manager / supervisor of any work situation, equipment, or activity that represents a serious or immediate danger to health, wellbeing, safety, and security. \nReport any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in company and carrier Safety and Security procedures. \nCarry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety, and security rules or procedures. \nFully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies. \nAttend training courses as may be required by AGI. \nPhysical Requirements:\nThis job requires physical stamina and strength - Operations Coordinators may be required to assist in the operation and must be able to lift / carry / push / pull and move items 70 pounds (32 kg) or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift items weighing 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces. \nMust be able to carry heavy items up and down narrow jetway stairs. \nMust be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods. \nMust be able to work in cramped or high places. \nMust be able to be alerted to moving vehicles or aircraft and use communication equipment to communicate with crew and airport authorities. \nMust be able to work outside in all types of weather, around jet and machinery noises. \nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nDemonstrated Leadership Skills: Operations Coordinators must be able to provide direction and support to their team to complete all required tasks proficiently and safely. \nExcellent Communication Skills: Operations Coordinators must be able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or via radio equipment effectively in a professional manner with the flight crew, gate agents, and other ground crew to coordinate the movement and handling of planes, equipment, baggage, and cargo. \nIntermediate Computer skills: Operations Coordinators are required to use computer systems to track, flights, coordinate crew resourcing, cargo and baggage. \nProblem-solving skills: Operations Coordinators may be called upon to troubleshoot issues during loading and unloading. \nTime management skills: Operations Coordinators must be able to manage their time effectively to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. \nQualifications:\nBe at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent. \nPossess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. \nIf work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001. \nMust complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security. \nIf required by customer or role access, be able to secure a Customs Seal through the respective governing agency. \nPreferred Qualifications - One or more years of airline ramp experience. \nAlliance Ground International is an equal opportunity employer.
