The Material coordinator will schedule, assign, re-assign employees to various Operations within their tour of duty.\nThe Material Coordinator is also responsible the safety of their employees while engaged in daily work task as well as Administrative duties which include, scheduling, corrective actions for non-compliance, time-off request, daily attendance and etc.\nThe Material Coordinator will assist the Primary Material Coordinator in monitoring work floor activity to include receipt and dispatch of mail (dock Operation) Operation overview of employees engaged in work assigned activity ( operations). The Material Coordinator will ensure all Safety and Facility Protocols are followed by all personnel within the facility. Additional duties maybe assigned as needed.\nKnowledge, Skill and Abilities\nWell versed computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.\n\nExcellent English verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.\n\nAbility add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.\n\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.\n\nAbility to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.\n\nWork with minimal supervision\n\nCognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment.\n\nMust be able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment and ensure deadlines are met.\n\nAbility to concentrate on detail.\n\nAbility to lift 50-70 lbs.\n\nAdhere to safety practices and programs.\n\nAbility to multitask.\n\nEducation and Experience\nValid US driver’s license.\n\nSuccessful completion of required airport badging process and pre-employment drug screen is required.\n\nSchedule of Hours\nAs an airline services provider, Alliance Ground International requires its employees to be able to work flexible schedules which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays, cancellations, adhocs, etc., Strict adherence to company attendance policies are expected and enforced.\nAlliance Ground International is an equal opportunity employer.
