You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is successful. This position will be based in Ripon WI. This position will be on 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday 3:00pm to 1:00am. There maybe additional work days as needed\nWe are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support our high-performance production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This key leadership position upholds a safety-first culture, emphasizes continuous improvement, and exemplifies servant leadership to foster an engaged, motivated workforce.\nResponsibilities\nPosition Responsibilities:\nPrimary duties:\nLead safety initiatives to create a culture of safety awareness and compliance\nEducate, train, and motivate production Team Members on safety protocols and procedures\nCreates an environment of continuous improvement and safety awareness for all Team Members\nEmpowers and expects every team member to contribute to continuous improvement\nDemonstrates a core value of respectful treatment of all team members in every discussion, interaction and decision\nCoach and mentor production Team Members in best practices for safety and productivity\nDesires to eliminate risks waste and to develop team member skill to improve lean operations\nEnsure that employees are properly trained by their Team Leader or other designated trainer in the areas of safety, quality, equipment operation and 5S\nFoster a collaborative environment that encourages team feedback and participation in safety initiatives\nInterface with technical staff to ensure proper support\nEstablish annual goals and objectives that support the attainment of operating metrics\nWork to continuously improve processes and reduce inventories and work in progress\nServe as the first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues\nInterface with Union Stewards in contract and discipline issues\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nPosition Qualifications:\nKnowledge/Experience/Education:\nProven history of ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset.\nA minimum of one to three years of experience in a medium/high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety practices is preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing supervision experience would be preferred.\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations is preferred.\nPrevious professional, internship or co-op experience will be taken into consideration as relevant experience.\nSkills and Abilities:\nMust be self-driven and ambitious with proven leadership capabilities, including providing coaching, mentoring and supervision within a team environment.\nProficient with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).\nStrong problem solving skills, including encouraging others on your team to think proactively and create solutions.\nBasic understanding of process control, production scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban and Lean manufacturing is preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nStooping, bending, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity and able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance\nEEO\nAlliance Laundry Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities and persons of all Sexual Orientations and Gender Identities.ID\n2026-12895Pos.
