Apply now to kickstart your journey with us!\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate and Communicate\nEngage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective digital solutions. \nPresent insights and findings compellingly to various stakeholders. \nData Extraction and Integration\nRetrieve and compile data from diverse sources. \nCleanse, transform, and integrate data into comprehensive datasets. \nReport Development\nDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools. \nUpdate and maintain existing BI solutions for optimal performance. \nDocument data models and BI solutions to ensure easy reference and maintenance. \nKPI and Safety Metrics Improvement\nImprove KPI reporting and data visualizations for existing safety metrics. \nWork across functions to identify what is working and not related to our safety reporting. \nCollaborate with the CI Digital team to identify and implement improvement plans. \nReview department-level KPI metrics to identify any gaps in reporting. \nWork with stakeholders to identify what is needed and build/execute a plan to address reporting needs. \nDocument and map key metrics and calculations. \nQualifications\nSkills and Abilities:\nProficiency in DAX & SQL. \nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. \nKnowledge of Lean & Agile methodologies. \nExcellent communication skills and customer focus. \nStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset. \nWillingness and eagerness to learn and grow. \nEducation:\nActively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Administration (preferred). \nPhysical Requirements:\nThis position generally involves sitting for extended periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting. \nEEO\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
