The GM will oversee several elements in the business, including but not limited to people, operating budgets, and selling strategy (launching price promotions, product/profit mix, business segments, overall Go-To-Market Strategies, etc.).\nResponsibilities\nDrive daily business operations through effective leadership of sales, service, and installation at the distribution location(s)\nPartner with the Commercial Regional GM to design and execute high-impact sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration\nOwn financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and other financial reports to make data-driven decisions that maximize profitability\nChampion customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving escalations, and holding the team accountable to delivering a high-quality experience at every touchpoint with sales, installation, and service. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the distribution location(s)\nLead all people operations and talent development in partnership with Corporate HR, to create a team of high performers that contribute to the success of the collective distribution team\nPartner with the NA Operations team to support efficient parts and warehouse functions at the distribution location(s)\nEnsure compliance with legal and safety requirements\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
