Working closely with our Installation team, you will uphold Alliance Laundry Systems' quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of quality.\nResponsibilities\nPerform the functions of equipment delivery, installation, start-up, operation, and other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction following company standards, techniques, and safety requirements\nInstall, configure, and commission commercial washers, dryers, and finishing equipment in laundromats, hotels, hospitals, and multi-unit residential facilities\nRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to ensure proper installation\nConnect equipment to electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation systems in compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications\nLevel and anchor equipment to floors and walls per safety and operational standards\nTest installed equipment for proper operation and troubleshoot any issues prior to handoff\nCoordinate with general contractors, facility managers, and utility trades on job site logistics\nTrain end users and facility staff on equipment operation and basic maintenance\nComplete installation documentation, inspection checklists, and warranty registration\nMaintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory in good working order\nEffectively communicates top level escalations to Manager and contributes to best practices and process improvement\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required\n3+ years of work experience working in commercial, military, industrial or manufacturing equipment repair preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered\nBasic knowledge of electric, plumbing, and HVAC would be helpful\nExperience in telephone and email/ticketing dispatch system-based customer support preferred\nProficient computer skills including using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred\nSkills and Abilities:\nStrong Mechanical Acumen; Ability to identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
