This internship provides an opportunity to gain exposure to global product compliance processes, certification tracking, document management, and cross-functional collaboration.\nThe Regulatory Compliance Intern will assist with administrative activities, help enhance a SharePoint site to improve access to information for global team members, and contribute to a project aimed at improving the company’s certification tracking process.\nResponsibilities\nSupport day-to-day administrative activities within the Regulatory Compliance function.\nAssist with organizing, maintaining, and updating regulatory compliance documentation and records.\nHelp develop and improve a SharePoint site that provides global team members with easy access to compliance-related resources and information.\nSupport a certification tracking project intended to improve or replace the current tracking system.\nCollect information from internal stakeholders and existing resources to support compliance projects and process improvements.\nHelp identify opportunities to improve the organization, accessibility, and accuracy of regulatory compliance information.\nCommunicate project updates and information clearly with team members and cross-functional partners.\nProvide general project and administrative support to the Engineering and Regulatory Compliance teams as needed.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to gather information, ask thoughtful questions, and work through unfamiliar processes.\nComfortable using Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, document management, or data tracking tools is a plus.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with teammates across functions and locations.\nInterest in engineering, product compliance, project coordination, process improvement, or global business operations.\nKey Competencies\nAcquires Information: Gathers information from multiple sources, consults with others, and asks effective questions to support assigned work.\nCommunicates Effectively: Clearly and concisely shares information while tailoring communication to the needs of the audience.\nSupports Coworkers: Responds positively to requests, contributes to team goals, and considers the impact of their work on others.\nWhat You’ll Gain\nHands-on experience supporting regulatory compliance activities within an engineering organization.\nExposure to document control, certification tracking, and global information-sharing processes.\nExperience using collaboration and data-management tools such as SharePoint and Excel.\nOpportunities to develop project coordination, communication, organization, and process-improvement skills.\nID\n2026-13135Pos.
