If this sounds interesting we have a position for you!\nReporting to the Production Group Leader (Supervisor), the Team Leader will support approximately 5-10 team members on a production work team. The Team Leader will utilize leader standard work to coach, develop and build capabilities of team members.\nResponsibilities\nAssimilate and train new team members within their area/zone. \nCommunicate safety news, quality findings, human resources updates and line rate/goals to team in daily pre-shift meeting. \nEnsure all team members are following safety procedures. Obtain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for team members when necessary. \nWork with team members to generate and support ideas for Continuous Improvement.
