This role works closely with the purchasing and operations teams to keep warehouse activities running efficiently and safely.\nResponsibilities\nHandle daily opening/closing of the facility, ensuring proper building security\nLoad and unload trucks and trailers; stage and prepare equipment and parts for shipment one day in advance\nSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment; follow all safety procedures and spot for forklift drivers\nMonitor and maintain inventory levels for current and incoming equipment/parts; notify Manager of new arrivals\nKeep warehouse clean and orderly; escalate issues to Manager as needed\nProvide courteous service to employees and suppliers; support process improvement efforts\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required1 year of parts department or warehouse experience preferred\nProficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred; telephone and email-based customer support experience a plus\nForklift and pallet jack operation required; valid state operator’s permit may be required\nSkills & Abilities\nAbility to read and interpret shipping documents, packaging labels, and safety guidelines\nStrong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently\nClear written and verbal communicator; professional and positive across all levels of the organization\nSelf-starter with strong work ethic; resilient and adaptable to change\nPhysical requirements:\nFrequent standing, sitting, stooping, and bending; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
