The Team Leader will support approximately 5-10 team members on our plastics lines. The Team Leader will utilize leader standard work to coach, develop and build capabilities of team members. This position is based out of our Manitowoc Plant.\nThe 3rd shift hours are starting Sunday through Thursday, 10pm - 6am, 5 - 8 hours shifts. Overtime will be Friday starting at 10pm to Saturaday morning at 6am.\nResponsibilities\nTrain new team members within their area/zone.\nEnsure all team members are following safety procedures. Obtain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for team members when necessary.\nUpdate and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and other metrics for area/zone.\nHold team members accountable for adherence to standardized work and safety guidelines.\nCommunicate safety news, quality findings, human resources updates and line rate/goals to team in daily pre-shift meeting.\nWork with team members to generate and support ideas for Continuous Improvement.
