Au sein de l'équipe Opérations, vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique et contribuerez au déploiement et à l'exploitation du réseau. Ce stage vous permettra de découvrir les enjeux d'un opérateur de recharge à grande échelle et de participer à un projet à fort impact.\nLe poste est basé en plein cœur de Paris (Grands Boulevards). Vous bénéficiez de 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.\nVos missions\nVéritable couteau suisse, vous contribuerez aux différentes activités des Opérations qui constitue la tour de contrôle du réseau :\nSuivre et gérer la satisfaction client (veille réseaux sociaux, réponses aux avis, gestion des réclamations)\n\nContribuer au suivi de la performance technique du parc de bornes afin d'assurer un taux de disponibilité maximal.\n\nContribuer au suivi de la qualité de l'expérience client, notamment pour les lounges d'accueil.\n\nSuivre les indicateurs de performance du réseau (notamment uptime etsuccessrate)et participer aux reportings.\n\nVotre profil\nEn dernière année d'étude en école de commerce, université ou en école d’ingénieur.\nLe français courant et la maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral) seront nécessaires pour ce poste.\nA l’aise dans un environnement en constante évolution et un projet en construction, vous avez le goût duchallengeet vous êtes force de propositions ?
