Join our Finance Business Services (FBS) Accounting team in delivering accurate and timely accounting activities, contributing to monthly closing, reporting, and compliance processes.

Schedule: 30 hours/week (6 hours/day)

What will you do?

The role offers practical exposure to General Ledger (R2R) activities within an international Shared Service Center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing supporting files for accruals, provisions and adjustments (SAP extractions, data checks, analysis according to steps described in operating procedures)
• Support journal entry preparation (templates, data check) including journal entry upload in Blackline
• Support account reconciliation (SAP extractions, analysis of open items, collection of supporting documentation, upload in Blackline tool)
• Assist in analysis and investigation of different discrepancies or issues encountered during month-end closing (verifications in SAP and other tools, follow-up with responsible teams, etc.)
• Support preparation of monthly reports and analysis files
• Contribute to internal documentation / procedures updates
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives (Excel automation, simplification)

The profile we are looking for:

• Student in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Interest in accounting, financial processes, and systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
• Good level English and / or French.
