Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders on people strategy, workforce priorities, employee matters, and HR interventions.
2. Workforce Planning & Organization
Support manpower planning, organization structure, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
3. Talent & Succession
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, and retention of critical talent.
4. Performance & Engagement
Drive performance management, promotions, compensation cycles, employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
5. Change & Transformation
Support organizational change, transformation initiatives, new ways of working, and HR process improvements.
6. Employee Relations
Provide guidance on employee-related matters and partner with relevant HR teams to ensure timely and consistent resolution.
7. People Analytics
Use people data and analytics to identify trends and support data-driven decisions on attrition, engagement, talent, and workforce effectiveness.
8. HR COE Partnership
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Digital HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 10-12 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure.
- Experience partnering with Technology, Engineering, Digital, IT, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Global organizations preferred.
- Strong experience in workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and change management.
- Experience in succession planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Exposure to HR transformation, people analytics, and digital HR will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
