As operational generalists, the Private Client Administration team acts as a liaison between Sales, Portfolio Management, and Operations. The AO - Client Servicing Team Leader plays an important role in servicing a designated client base and managing day-to-day tasks for Private Client accounts.\nThe key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nOpening various types of new accounts and facilitating client onboarding.\nConducting thorough quality reviews for new accounts.\nInitiating the opening of Alternative Investment accounts.\nSetting up NPT Philanthropic Impact Fund accounts and possessing in-depth knowledge of AB products.\nAddressing customer inquiries regarding new account opening and statement delivery quality control.\nAchieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Turnaround Time (TAT) and Accuracy.\nAssigning and managing work allocation within the team.\nConducting regular one-on-one sessions and resolving conflicts effectively.\nProviding process training to new team members.\nTroubleshooting and addressing process-related issues for team members.\nMotivating team members to achieve performance targets (SLA/Internal benchmarks).\nAssessing the development and training needs of team members based on quality and productivity assessments.\nPromoting an AI-enabled culture within the team and identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.\nConducting internal error analysis and preparing preventive and corrective action logs.\nManaging new process migrations and participating in related meetings and calls.\nParticipating in and promoting quality and productivity initiatives within the team.\nImplementing training modules to enhance operational knowledge.\nMaintaining necessary Management Information System (MIS) records.\nMotivating team members to participate in AB initiatives.\nWhat makes this role unique or interesting (if applicable)?\nThis role offers exposure to multiple areas within Private Wealth Operations at AllianceBernstein, creating meaningful opportunities for learning and growth.
