If you’re ready to challenge your limits and build your future, join us.\nSpecific Responsibilities\nThe Assistant Vice President - Resiliency Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide resiliency and risk management frameworks, ensuring operational continuity and organizational preparedness. This role will collaborate across functions to embed a risk-aware culture and safeguard AB’s operations.\nRisk Management Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.\nRisk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and analyses to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.\nCrisis Management: Develop and maintain crisis management and business continuity plans to address potential disruptions in service delivery.\nPolicy Integration: Ensure solid integration of risk management practices with group policies and procedures, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.\nBest Practices: Adapt and implement best industry practices in risk management, ensuring the organization remains compliant and competitive.\nTools and Applications: Utilize the latest tools and applications for risk management, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of risk-related data.\nCollaboration: Work closely with various departments to promote a risk-aware culture and ensure that risk management is integrated into business processes.\nTraining and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness among employees, particularly new joiners.\nReporting: Prepare and present regular reports on risk management activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management and the board.\nJob Expectations\nThe Resiliency Lead is expected to:\nDemonstrate strong leadership in enterprise risk management and operational resiliency.\nCollaborate effectively across global and local teams to embed risk management practices.\nExhibit proactive crisis management skills and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.\nPossess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex situations and recommend sound solutions.\nPromote a culture of resilience and continuous improvement across the organization.\nQualifications, Experience, Education\nThis position requires:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.\nExperience: Proven experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, or a related field.\nTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
