You will manage a designated client base and play a critical role in ensuring account servicing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nThis position offers broad exposure to investment operations, portfolio management support, account administration, asset transfers, tax reporting, and client service functions, providing excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.\nClient Account Administration\nReview and establish domestic and international client accounts across custody, accounting, and operational systems. \nPerform quality assurance reviews to ensure account information is complete, accurate, and compliant. \nSupport the onboarding process and ongoing maintenance of private client accounts.\nOperations & Account Servicing\nReconcile custody and accounting systems to maintain data integrity across client accounts. \nCoordinate asset transfers with brokerage firms, banks, custodians, and transfer agents to facilitate timely and accurate movement of client assets. \nMonitor account activity and maintain cost basis information to support portfolio management and trade execution activities. \nInitiate and support performance measurement processes for new client accounts.\nTax & Regulatory Support\nAssist with quality control reviews of client account data used in tax reporting and regulatory filings. \nSupport retirement account asset transfers and ensure accurate government reporting requirements are met. \nHelp maintain account records and documentation in compliance with firm and regulatory standards.\nPartnership & Client Service\nServe as a key operational contact for Sales, Portfolio Management, and other internal stakeholders. \nResearch and resolve account-related inquiries and operational issues. \nParticipate in strategic projects, product launches, and process improvement initiatives.\nProvide support and oversight for offshore operational teams. \nAssist with review and validation of client communications related to outgoing cash movements and third-party disbursements.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.\nInternship or prior experience within financial services, wealth management, investment operations, brokerage, banking, or asset management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulating ideas clearly and listening actively.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nStrong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nAbility to independently research issues and drive creative and effective solutions. \nWorking well with teammates and respecting diverse perspectives.\n About AB\nWe are a leading global investment management firm offering high-quality research and diversified investment services to institutional clients, retail investors, and private-wealth clients in major markets around the globe.
