The Talent Acquisition Partner will play the role of researcher, relationship builder, and career ambassador. Through collaborative and strategic working relationships with senior business leaders, you will provide a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps and, subsequently working to develop and execute a strategy to source a network of advisor candidate pools to meet those needs.\nKey Responsibilities include:\nProactive Pipeline Development & Market Mapping:\nBuild always-on pipelines across competitor firms\nConduct structured market mapping and maintain long-term passive relationships\nAlign candidate pipeline health with future hiring needs.\nMarket Intelligence & Competitive Insight:\nProvide insights on advisor movement, compensation, and competitors.\nDeliver recommendations using market data.\nEnd-to-End Execution & Candidate Experience:\nPartner with local leadership to craft an immersive recruitment experience\nHandle large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization\nPartner with Finance, Legal and internal departments to deliver a smooth onboarding experience\nDeliver a high-touch candidate experience.\nStrategic Talent Partnership:\nServe as a talent advisor to Managing Directors\nCo-develop hiring strategies aligned to growth goals\nLead consultative intake sessions and define advisor profiles.\nAssist with translating business goals into workforce plans.\nBuild collaborative, trusted relationships with key internal business partners to work effectively at all levels within the company\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nThe ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of advisor recruiting experience.
