Backed by an international network, the company has established itself in Malta to deliver and service a portfolio of protection insurance products in a number of European Countries.\nIn order to strengthen its existing team, the Company is seeking a ‘BI developer’ who will report functionally to the Head of IT. \n. \nWhat will you do?\nData architecture implementation and design\nCreate and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehousing.\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format.\nSupport the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, and training.\nBuild and maintain data models to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of the data. Manage database performance, security, and integrity.\nOversee data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into a usable form for business analysis.\nWork closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nProvide ongoing support and training to users on BI tools and data analytics.\nPerform regular maintenance and updates to existing BI solutions to enhance functionality and incorporate new data sources or analytics capabilities.\nEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data used for analysis. Implement data governance policies and practices.
