programs, nonprofit functions, and public forums stakeholders.\n· Design and lead public and media relations strategies that elevate brand visibility.\n· Serve as a liaison to local media, coordinate interviews, draft talking points and press statements, and secure coverage through strong media relationships.\n· Build and maintain relationships with local government, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, chambers of commerce, neighborhood groups, and civic leaders.\n· Lead outreach initiatives and coordinates programs.\n· Maintain a database of community partnerships and engagement activities.\n· Negotiate partnership agreements and follow-up communications.\nLead planning and executing community events, workshops, volunteer opportunities, outreach campaigns and internal corporate events.\nManage logistics including vendors, volunteers, promotional materials, and event registration.\nEnsure that events and partnerships reflect the organization’s mission, values, and brand.\nDraft newsletters, event announcements, social medial content, and community updates.\nResponds to community inquiries in a timely and professional manner.\nShare stories and impact highlights that demonstrate organizational outcomes.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Branding, Marketing, or related field required.Minimum 5 years of experience in community engagement, public relations, media relations, employer branding, internal communications, or people experience preferred.\nPrior experience managing and leading a team.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing
