This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and support the organization’s hiring goals while ensuring an efficient and compliant recruitment process.\nAs a premier consulting and technology firm, alliant is focused on providing solutions to help businesses transform and thrive, while being their ongoing growth partner.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance. \nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. \nSource and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels. \nNegotiate offers and manage the offer process in partnership with hiring managers and HR. \nScreen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. \nCoordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. \nProactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with passive candidates to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. \nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). \nTrack recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and source effectiveness. \nAssist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. \nContinuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency. \nMaintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field. \nPreferred 2+ years of experience in staffing agency or corporate recruiting role with full life cycle recruiting responsibility for all levels of roles (exempt and non-exempt). \nProven ability in direct sourcing, networking, and prospecting potential candidates to build pipelines. \nProven negotiation and influencing skills to effectively communicate the entire value of the offer, encompassing compensation, benefits, and professional growth opportunities. \nProven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute integrity and professionalism. \nExhibit strong organizational and follow through by using exceptional written/verbal communications and strong interpersonal skills. \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
