declarative configuration, data orchestration, and sales productivity tech-stack.\nAdminister the expanded limits, custom objects, and storage capabilities inherent to the environment.\nConfigure and maintain user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules following strict security models and enterprise data compliance.\nDeliver responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented support to Salesforce users, communicate clearly throughout issue resolution, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience and satisfaction.\nBuild and update declarative automations using Salesforce Flow, orchestrations, approval processes, and validation rules.\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and optimize third-party integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across our sales and marketing tools.\nUtilize Salesforce Inspector and RingLead to execute regular imports, exports, cleanups, deduplication tasks, schema inspection, and metadata troubleshooting.\nDesign and maintain advanced custom reports and dashboards, leverage native features to provide leadership with pipeline activity.\nTriage incoming support tickets, gather business requirements, and provide end-user training to drive effective adoption of Salesforce and related tools.\nQualifications\nPreferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nActive Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.\n3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce instance (experience with Sales Cloud preferred).\nProficient in Salesforce enterprise security models, custom objects, high-volume flows, page layouts, and sandbox lifecycle management.\nExperience with Agile delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, DevOps/release tools, and SOQL.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and clear written and verbal communication skills to translate complex business requirements into technical configurations.\nPreferred experience managing or administering the following applications is highly beneficial:ZoomInfo and RingLead\nGroove and Highspot\nPardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement\nConga Sign\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work with urgency, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.\nReceptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential. \nAbility to work onsite in Houston, TX, five
