This role will be managing full-cycle hiring for Software Engineers, Technical Program Managers, Software Product Engineers and related roles, at all levels. This role partners with hiring managers to understand technical and program needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experience while supporting an efficient and compliant hiring process.\nAs a premier consulting and technology firm, alliant is focused on providing solutions to help businesses transform and thrive while serving as their ongoing growth partner.\nResponsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers, Technical Program Managers, Software Product Managers and related roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies for positions at all levels.\nSource and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.\nBuild and maintain relationships with passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs.\nReview resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess qualifications, relevant technical or program experience, and alignment with role requirements.\nCoordinate interviews with hiring teams and keep candidates informed throughout the process.\nPartner with hiring managers and HR to negotiate offers and manage the offer process.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nTrack recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and source effectiveness.\nSupport onboarding coordination to help new hires transition smoothly.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, hiring efficiency, and the candidate experience.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.\nPreferred: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, including recruitment for Software Engineers, Technical Program Managers, or other technical roles at multiple levels.\n Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of tech terms, programming languages, and engineering roles.\nProven ability to source, network with, and engage potential candidates to build talent pipelines.\nAbility to work with hiring managers to understand technical qualifications and assess candidates against role requirements.\nStrong negotiation and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate the full value of an offer across compensation, benefits, and professional growth opportunities.\nAbility to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.\nStrong organizational, follow-through, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
