architecture ownership, delivery quality, engineering standards, mentorship, and AI application execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nTechnical Leadership : \n\n- Own the architecture and technical strategy for AI-powered and intelligent applications across the organization.\n\n- Serve as a senior technical leader and architecture resource for the Hyderabad AI engineering team.\n\n- Define engineering standards, architectural patterns, development practices, and technical governance processes.\n\n- Review solution designs, architectural decisions, and complex implementation approaches.\n\n- Mentor engineers, architects, and technical leads across multiple teams.\n\n- Guide teams in selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, tooling, and implementation patterns.\n\n- Establish standards for code quality, scalability, security, observability, and operational excellence.\n\nSolution Architecture & Engineering : \n\n- Design and build production-grade solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI orchestration frameworks, modern data platforms, and cloud-native architectures.\n\n- Architect scalable APIs, application services, integrations, full-stack applications, and data platforms.\n\n- Establish reusable frameworks, accelerators, SDKs, and reference architectures that improve delivery speed and quality.\n\n- Drive secure, maintainable, testable, and scalable engineering practices.\n\n- Solve complex technical challenges and establish patterns adopted across the engineering organization.\n\nBusiness Partnership & Delivery : \n\n- Partner with business stakeholders, product leaders, and client-facing teams to translate business requirements into executable technical solutions.\n\n- Lead technical discussions for strategic AI initiatives, complex client engagements, and delivery programs.\n\n- Balance innovation, speed, quality, maintainability, and business outcomes when making architectural decisions.\n\n- Drive technical alignment across multiple teams and initiatives.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- 8+ years of software engineering experience designing and delivering enterprise applications.\n\n- Demonstrated experience serving as a Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead.\n\n- Strong experience building and delivering production-grade AI-powered applications.\n\n- Strong experience with Python and modern backend application development.\n\n- Experience designing and operating scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.\n\n- Deep expertise in modern full-stack application development, including front-end, backend, integration, data, and cloud architecture.\n\n- Experience with cloud-native application development and Azure-based solution delivery.\n\n- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.\n\n- Experience with Large Language Models, Agentic AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, model orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation or monitoring.\n\n- Strong understanding of application security principles, authentication, authorization, and secrets management.\n\n- Experience with SQL and NoSQL data platforms.\n\n- Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical decision-making across teams.\n\n- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\n- Demonstrated success translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\nAI & Agentic Development : \n\n- Experience with agentic AI architectures, multi-agent systems, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Model Context Protocol, and other AI orchestration frameworks.\n\n- Experience with vector databases and AI search platforms, including Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, or Pinecone.\n\n- Experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks, LLM observability, prompt-pipeline tracing, cost optimization, and production monitoring.\n\n- Experience designing production RAG architectures and AI governance patterns.\n\nClaude & Modern AI Engineering : \n\n- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development environments.\n\n- Experience incorporating AI-powered development workflows into engineering teams to improve productivity, quality, and delivery velocity.\n\n- Claude Certified Architect or Developer, certification is strongly preferred.\n\nModern Software Engineering : \n\n- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask, including OpenAPI/Swagger and contract-first API design.\n\n- Experience designing, versioning, packaging, and distributing SDKs, reusable platforms, internal frameworks, or developer tooling.\n\n- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions, pytest, and modern code-quality tooling.\n\n- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, centralized logging, distributed tracing, and SLI/SLO definition.\n\n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service, including resilient and highly available design.\n\n- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code practices.\n\nAI-Enabled Development : \n\n- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development environments.\n\n- Experience incorporating AI-powered development workflows to improve engineering productivity, quality, governance, and delivery velocity.\n\n- Experience designing and deploying applications using AI APIs, MCP, tool-calling frameworks, structured outputs, and context-engineering techniques.\n\nIndustry & Leadership Experience : \n\n- Experience supporting enterprise B2B environments in professional services, legal, tax, finance, healthcare, or compliance industries.\n\n- Experience leading distributed or global engineering teams.\n\n- Track record of establishing engineering standards and technical governance.\n\n- Experience working in both startup and enterprise environments.\n\n- Experience supporting client-facing
