We shape it.\nOverall Objectives of Job\nAct as a key point of contact for test management expertise, specialising in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) & End to End testing of systems. \nUnderstand knowledge and expertise held within the testing team and employ efficiently to actively manage testing as required during the request lifecycle. \nUnderstand, strategize and apply various testing methodologies / styles, as required to manage testing across a wide range of differing project types within the rapidly changing retail environment.\nManage usage of a variety of testing tools to achieve optimum strategy and testing efficiency. Ensure the right tools are used at the right times on the right projects.\nStrive to constantly ensure the quality of testing methods and processes carried out within Allianz are performed to the highest level possible. \nHelp drive quality business analysis efforts to include a structured view on business requirement production and traceability through to user acceptance testing. \nManage projects and project resources to ensure the delivery of a high quality product in line with signed-off business requirements, and documented business process.\nEnsure clear, timely and effective communication is maintained by the Test Team (team members and self) to all stakeholders. \nEnsure that test execution, test reports and defects are produced and logged in accordance with the defined test process framework. \nProvide auditable test results and traceability of requirements coverage. Own delivery responsibility for the project against all KPI, Audit and delivery framework mandated processes.\nIdentify, contribute to, and own delivery of improvement initiatives\nQualification & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (BE / BTech) or software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS)\nStrong communication with additional language skill preferred \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks\nStrong knowledge in Life Insurance domain - Fixed Annuity & Variable Annuity testing\nStrong experience in ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform)\nTest automation using Selenium / TOSCA / UFT\nScrum & Agile knowledge\nSQL/Python knowledge (desirable)\nISTQB Foundation Certification \nTesting & Project Management tools - Polarian, HP ALM, JIRA, Confluence\n86263 | IT & Tech Engineering | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Services | Full-Time | Permanent\n Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
