You will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development Manager in various aspects of the broker channel’s growth and development.\nKey Responsibility Areas:\nSupport the business development managers in terms of:Generating Quotations with guided checklist and Underwriting tool \nFacilitating all new business, endorsements and renewal procurement process with internal stakeholders ie policy management team \nUpdate sales report and pipeline reporting\nCover Note issuances for all lines of business.\nAssist to edit quotation\nExtract claims data for BDM to facilitate renewal discussion.\nAssist to help out on Allianz events ie Sales Campaign, Townhall\nAssist to liaise with Intermediaries on all support duties for BDMs to facilitate operational efficiency within the team. \nAny other duties as assigned \nAll General Lines of business from Retail to Commercial Insurance Products \n\nQualifications & Capabilities:\nCurrently pursuing or have completed a tertiary diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.\nAble to commit Full-time for min. 4 months.\nStrong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and spoken.\nOutgoing Personality \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word (including mail merge), Excel (including pivot tables), and PowerPoint.\nAI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, Power BI an advantage.\nDemonstrates meticulous attention to detail, dependability, and conscientiousness.\nCollaborative team player\nWillingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.\nAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
