The team combines technical excellence with solution-oriented thinking to provide a superior claims experience before, during and after a loss.\nWorking across follow business claims, the team collaborates with brokers, clients, loss adjusters, third-party administrators and internal stakeholders. Its work strengthens claims administration, data quality, reporting reliability, portfolio cleanliness, and consistent service delivery across Iberia.\nThe Impact You Will Have\nReporting to the Regional Head of Claims Iberia, you will support the effective management of follow business claims across Iberia. Your focus on accurate registration, disciplined follow-up, bordereaux processing, documentation governance and reliable data will help claims progress efficiently and support sound operational reporting. You will also contribute to simplifying, standardising and automating recurring claims activities through digital tools, workflow solutions and artificial intelligence.\nSome of your specific responsibilities could include:\nYou will register, update and maintain follow of business claims accurately and on time in the relevant claims systems, including documentation, diary management and claim status updates.\n\nYou will process, review and reconcile bordereaux information, identify missing or inconsistent data, and coordinate corrections to support complete and reliable records.\n\nYou will maintain strong administrative control over claim files, pending actions, payment tracking, reserves, recoveries, closure processes, and portfolio cleanliness.\n\nYou will follow up with brokers, clients, loss adjusters, third-party administrators and internal teams to obtain information, monitor next steps and support timely claim progression.\n\nYou will support operational reporting, management information, key performance indicator monitoring, and file quality reviews in line with internal claims guidelines and delegated authority.\n\nYou will identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate recurring administrative tasks using dashboards, workflow solutions, Power Platform, artificial intelligence, and other digital tools where appropriate.\n\nYou will contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement across administrative and bordereaux-driven claims activities.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Role\nYou have experience in an administrative or process-oriented role, ideally within insurance, claims operations, bordereaux management, third-party administrators, brokers, shared services or operational support.\n\nYou demonstrate strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage structured processes, deadlines, documentation, controls, and data quality requirements.\n\nYou have a good command of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with reports, lists, bordereaux, claim registers, operational dashboards, and data reconciliation activities.\n\nYou have a basic understanding of claims administration concepts, including claim registration, reserves, payments, recoveries, documentation standards, and closure processes.\n\nYou have experience with, or a strong interest in, automation tools, process optimization, workflow solutions, Microsoft Power Platform, or other digital tools that reduce manual effort.\n\nA willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization is expected.\n\nYou demonstrate a collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented mindset, with clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.\n\nYou have fluent Spanish and English language skills; Portuguese language skills would be an advantage.\n\nFor Spain, the base salary range for this position is between €34.000 and €40.000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:\nthe requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,\nthe applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.\nThe annualized represents a market range and will also be determined by the location of the role. In the situation where you do not meet all the job requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
